Oh, I forgot. I am also a young quilter, talk about being the underdog! I have to work a bit harder to gain customer respect and make them trust that I know what I am talking about. Not so much now, but I still see it once in a while. Most all quilters are warm and fuzzy! So thank you for being out there!

Lizzy-Thank you for your post. I am an employee of my local quilt shop and the owners always come back with tons of information, but always discuss how much work it is as well. I think anything that you put your heart and soul into and want to be proud of will always require blood, sweat and tears.
