Chicago’s Case-Shiller Index for March fell 2.4% from February. The index is down 7.6% from March 2010. The housing index is back to its March 2001 level. The housing index is based on resales of houses in the Chicago Metro Area. It’s published with a 2 month lag. Continue reading
