Glad you think so! Oooh, now I'm imagining a strand of silver thread running through it to symbolize so many things. I just got a wheel myself two months ago. Love the idea of having a name or "intention" for a yarn before you start and then you see what you get. Gonna check out your spinning vlogs now!
Understanding that Knit Into Being might not be the best name for a yarn (too literal?) you could call it "Womby"
Love the Handsome Man on the handsome man! My (not oft updated) blog is Knit Into Being. The name comes from being a homebirth midwife and refers to the womb as our first home and how we're all slowly "knit into being". Maybe the yarn could be a collection of various shades of reds, spun thick and thin (like an umbilical cord). I'll stop now before my descriptions get too, uh, descriptive. Would also love the opportunity to win your e-book (Congrats on that birth, by the way!). I've got a sweet four year old girl of my own! Thanks for the offer, Kath!
What a beautiful tunic!I love the collar design. Thank you Amanda and Woolen Moss for offering this to us!

This Cat PLAYED! I was blessed this past weekend with some time to myself. Lily spent her first 2 (TWO!) overnights at Meme and Grampy's. Nate and I dropped her off on Saturday morning, and while they were headed off to The Children't Museum, we went to Rockler in Porter... Continue reading

Once again, we've been busy as a family and I haven't been in this little spot for a long while. I'm hoping to get into a better blogging "posting" routine instead of just a slightly lazy, indulgent blog "reading" routine. Because there are SO many amazing, crafty, inspiring families out...
