Ok you think you cant live without pasta!!!!! If you just have to have the pasta, go with DREAMFIELD ( Kroger) it has got 3 to 5 carbs per serving versus 48 in regular pasta. We cant tell any difference, except no raise in the blood sugar. Watching your insulin... Continue reading
