As Anne Lamotte says, it's time to take "radical care" of yourself. Hopeful that you'll soon be picking up your own lattes. Best wishes for continued healing and for a wonderful Christmas and New Year ahead!

Hi Loretta, I’ve really let my blog lapse since I started using Instagram. I wasn’t getting a lot of hits on the Typepad site. I feel like more people see what I post on Instagram. Have you got an Instagram account? So good to hear from you. Mary McCloskey

Hadn't posted on my Typepad account for a while and today went back to find you here again. Hurrah! Lousy about your knee--I know the hip isn't the same, but I had my hip done 5 years ago and I felt like a new woman. Good luck with the surgery. So neat to find your wonderful sense of humor here again. Keep posting!

In the midst of blizzard-like wind, snow and driving rain, the magnolia began to bloom this morning. Praying the weather calms so that I can enjoy these blooms for many, long weeks. Continue reading
