Lovely to connect with you Sarah and I'm glad my post has helped a little today. Hopefully what I share over the next few weeks and months will help too. I've been the other half of a start-upper for over 8 years now, so I have some experience! xx

Tomorrow begins our next journey into start-up life as Stef begins his latest venture. Last year was split between start-up life and freelancer life but now it's swinging right back into start-up life and I'm pretty excited about what this next year holds. We have been at this point many... Continue reading

Hi Belinda, it's just the sleep that's the issue not what happens in the daytime. My husband loves spending time with the children and I think the fact that we're expecting our fourth illustrates that!! It's just that he catches up on sleep during the holiday in a way that I don't often get a chance to, so it's really about the early mornings! xx

{Peckam Rye - January 1st 2013} The light was so beautiful today that I have taken the plunge and started a 365 project. I'm not sure how this will go but I've decided to begin and see what happens. I will post my images weekly. Fingers crossed I can keep... Continue reading

Happy New Year! Last year I decided that instead of resolutions I would make a list of 12 things I wanted to try and achieve in 2012. It really helped to have a list that I could refer to throughout the year and it was a lovely feeling when things... Continue reading

I am doing my very best to keep calm, relax and enjoy the final lead up to Christmas Day but I'm also slightly overwhelmed about how much I still need to do. Time to practice the skill of saying no, especially to myself. No-one else knows what's on my to-do... Continue reading

Well...some of them anyway! I have a big weakness for buying children's books. In fact books for all ages. Books in general. You'd never guess I studied English Literature and used to work in a library would you?! Picking these books to share with you was a bit tricky and... Continue reading

Gosh this Mama is exhausted. Nothing to do with the pregnancy but more to do with 4-6 miles of school/nursery runs a day, a little Max who thinks that waking up in the night to practice all his new words is a great thing (especially if it's in my bed!),... Continue reading
