Hi Mark, Thanks for writing! Other ways to get more walnuts into your diet are to add them to salads, cereal, yogurt, and stir- fries. If you're baking, sprinkle them into the batter of low-fat banana bread or cookies. Remember a little goes a long way - you only need about 2 tablespoons daily to get these health benefits.
