Are you sure Cumulative Hotfix 1 (18.102.3.10) for Autodesk Vault Professional 2014 SR 1 (SP2) ever existed? According to official Autodesk page (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/vault-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Vault-Build-Numbers.html) the most recent Vault 2014 build is 18.102.3.0
Was a bit tricky to find the location for 2014 (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Advanced-iLogic-Configuration-settings.html)
I wonder where it stores the Path ? In registry or in some XML? I as CADmanager would like to force it to be equal to some corporate value...
DebugView also have option to log directly to file which can help on crashing Inventor-session (BTW DebugView++ doesn't have this option)
Could the iLogic code be debugged with VBA editor?
Could Powershell itself generate SMTP email (to phone number) instead of IfTTT?
The url referenced is dead now. I wonder if it possible to set up report template in a form of rating? Let say ... get which file extensions used most often and which are unique; who is most productive author (created by) etc... PS: Pie diagram is used as icon for Report button. Supposed it also could be set up to get some kind of diagram?

Seems I've used wrong word. The above-mentioned defect is not serious it is CRITICAL for our company. Our workaround was to create duplicate local user group instead of AD-groups and synchronize them through Vault API. But such forced doubling just can't continue forever. We are staying on 2014 because upgrade costs quite a few (I even don't mean money) yet we won't get solution for critical defect. Because Autodesk not fixing this defect we stopped paying for subscription and going to change PDM.
There is another serious drawback regarding usage of Active Directory accounts in Autodesk Vault: Even so Autodesk declares that Vault is supporting trusted domains in fact you can't use AD accounts of trusted domain in groups of your home domain (Windows itself supports). For more details see http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/vault-forum/accounts-of-trusted-domain-are-not-shown-as-member-of-domain/m-p/6406187/highlight/true#M63270
Could you please check if issue described in thread http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/vault-general-discussion/view-in-window-command-associated-files-of-released-item-fools/td-p/5508448 is solved after setting Vault in some known way?
Following the recommendation doesn't help me. I tried to change both: DWFx ePlot.pc3 DWFx ePlot(XPS Compatible).pc3 But I still getting colorish DWG.DWF in the Vault (moreover colors differs much in comparison to DWG itself). One more thing I've paid attention to - after I set up everything, close TrueViewSetup.dwg and open it again the NONE printer/plotter is chosen by default. PS: I'm struggling with Autodesk Vault Professional 2014 SR SP1
What a great model of water-mixer! Could you share model number?

"All CAD applications that require the Vault add-in needs to be installed and published on all servers which the Vault client will be published from" Does this mean "all Autodesk CADs (i.e. Inventor 2015) are Citrix Ready certified"? Is there a list of Citrix Ready certified Autodesk CADs publiched somehere?

Its great that we now have fixed update but what about this issue - http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/vault-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Randomly-incorrect-visualization-files-for-Inventor-drawings-when-creating-with-Job-Processor.html One update and one hotfix were released but since nov1. Should we still visualize Drawings one by one (instead of batch)?
Is there somebody who remembers if Inventor DWG was present in Inventor initially or was introduced in some version?
That's where the problem I'm trying to point you! After entering e-mail I'm getting to registration form with 14 fields to enter (10 are required) and the only button "Register now" (NO button for download). " Autodesk Vault Talk July 2014 - Vault Data Standard Webinar Registration Please join us for an Autodesk Vault Talk July webcast with special guest Chris Atherton, Senior Application Engineer from Symetri UK. During this webcast we will cover Autodesk Vault Data Standard Webcast Agenda: Vault Talk webcast Introduction Vault Data Standard Overview and Demo Q & A ..."
I was registered for the webcast but I'm living in other half of the Earth thus I missed it most likely because I was sleeping. Where could I get the video now?
Your url to webinar ... it requires too many things to enter. I wonder if there any easier way to see the video?
What about fixing same thing during visualization of IAMs in Vault? Cases are open since October 2012 (#7692558). Current case open - 09636473
"Use View Filters. You can configure the Job Processor Queue to display everything, except these jobs." Vault Wiki-help seems to know nothing about "Custom AutoFilter"... How should one get this window showed?
We does have some frequent Vault issues, but I'm not sure if they are "unexpected IIS crashings". How should one check if recommendations of this article is worth to try?

"If the time is reconfigured to during business hours, there is a chance that a user could begin to Assign Item on a file, "Item Lock cleanup" runs, then..." "This is why the command is not allowed to be run "on-demand". via the ADMS Console." "business hours" and "night" are relative things. Vault is a server system... people from all over the world are supposed to connect to it at any time that fits them. Russia, America, China all have their own "working hours". From this poin ANY time is not sufficient for "Item lock cleanup" process starting. Still customers need to perform what thay need as sson as possible. Error 155 is very often nowadays and users are not happy with Autodesk's workaround to wait publisher's night. Take this to account please.
"...ensure that the "Item lock cleanup" process has executed before logging a support case..." Richard, you statement is a bit unclear. You mean just not bother tech-support earlier than after 24 hours or you mean that vault admin can execute "Item lock cleanup" process manually? If you mean second than please share the steps. Thanks in advance...
