Hi Chris - nice to hear from you! I commute to work by train, so that tends to be my tweeting time. Also lunchbreaks. My usage varies but I guess I'd be on for anywhere from 45 mins to 1 hour a day. One thing you can do is to make lists of the people who you know will be posting interesting stuff, and then you can just see a stream of their tweets, if you're pushed for time!
