How To Make A Terrific Card Using Gears For A New Look
Today I have instructions on how to make a terrific card using gears for a new look. My favorite card sketches offer placement for flowers. To use such a sketch for a masculine card apply gears or stars as your go to shape. ~ Today, Be You ~ When using a gear the shape can be punched into the base of the card. Back it with a contrasting color and the card design begins to take shape immediately. Here the 4.5x6.5" top layer is cut from light colored cardstock and the dark under layer is 5x7". These gears are punched... Continue reading

How to Make a Bling Free Gentleman's Gift Tag
Charity here with a tutorial on how to make a bling free gentleman's gift tag. For those of you with men adverse to glitter you have seen the signs. At the sight of too much shine their eyes widen, their breathing accelerates, and you can see their hand twitching, desperate to vacuum up the mess before it happens! ~ Gentleman's Gift Tags ~ Even with a ban on glitz and glam, a gift tag doesn't have to be plain. I used primary colors, punches, and layers of paper. This kept the tags simple without being too basic. The base layer... Continue reading

Charity here from Scrappin' Chaos. Today's project is a Lego sorter, lined with Kreaxions Glitter Card Paper. ~ Lego Sorter ~ This lovely sectioned tray is the bottom half of a bead organizer. I brought it home from a thrifting expedition and watched the boys eyes light up! "It's a Lego sorter!" he cried out in delight. And so it was. I measured the paper to fit four sections, stenciled and embossed an image onto it, then cut it into four. The edges needed a little trimming, but the design divided perfectly at the center. Hello There
Charity here from Scrappin' Chaos. Today's card puts a little modeling paste to work as well as Kreaxions Punch #916. ~ Hello There ~ The circular frame is a 3.25" circle with a 2.25" center cut out. Exact sizes are so easy when using the Kreaxions Circle Cutter. I marked the circle into 8 sections then used Punch # 916 around the edges. It can be a bit difficult to position it correctly, so not all the punched designs are exact. The Positioning Parts definitely help! Check my blog Scrappin' Chaos for a list of supplies. Scrap On! ~charity~ Continue reading
