I agree partially. It will take a lot of time, especially in larger corporations, to establish a new concept of information management that is not relying on records and structured data. Rather, existing records management tools and databases will be enriched by intelligent search for information and social tools. Records that simply have been created for searching and filtering will be obsolete, whereas records for managing strategic company information (e.g. Customers, Finances, Patents...) will continue to be managed traditionally for quite some time
