Today I'm going to show you "The Secret to Create That Watercolor Background in a Minute." If you are in a rush or you just enjoy that watercolor look...today's project is just for you...here's the first card...This awesome splash of color does two things--we don't have to use any of our markers or pencils and we don't have to take a long time to color.
