For years I have watched the "War on Drugs" unfold. It is nice to watch it slowly folding back up. To even hear talk of lessening penalties in Illinois is encouraging but the travesty of prohibition will never end until cannabis is legal once again. Soon, Illinois will once again be free of this failed policy and those who have attempted to ruin others lives in this failed "War" will be silenced. Legalization can not happen too soon.
