At first students were being shy and afraid to show off their vocal skills. But once the Host Moms sang their hearts off, everyone joined in. There was a little of everything... Today we showed off our knives skills in a Spanish Cooking School. 1st course: Gazpacho We cut tomotoes, pepper, cucumber, garlic. Then added salt, vinegar, and olive oil. Blend, strain, then chill.
