What a fun time that looks like! And the stamps that everyone did are just wonderful! Great job!
Carving Stamps for Patterning...at my Apartment!
This past weekend I taught my "Carving Stamps for Patterning" class to two different wonderful groups of students. I moved all of the furniture in my apartment so that I could set up tables and turn it into a classroom! I was blown away by my generous, talented, and kind hearted students who c...
I do the same thing! The MOO cards are the BEST! Love how yours came out. You just reminded me that I need to order more!
New Moo Cards!
If you're like me, you order so many business cards that you think there's no way you'll actually ever run out. Well, it finally happened. I actually ran out and needed to buy some more. So, I sat down at the computer and spent some time paging through my artwork to find fabulous images for m...

I was just at the library last night and was thinking of that book and I too can't bear to think of Atticus any other way than in To Kill A Mockingbird. Just bothers me. I'm curious... but I don't think I'll be able to read it if what I hear is true. So I grabbed another book in the meantime.
Have a great get away in Vermont!
About Nothin' in Particular
Thanks to all of you for coming over to My YouTube Channel and visiting last week during #LoveSummerArt. Here are some flowers for you. Do you see something in the photo that doesn't belong? Just testing your cognitive skills. Honestly, I made so many videos last week that a break was in orde...
These came out really awesome! I love all of them but I think my favorite is the connected circles with the little star centers. You totally inspired me to break out my rubber carving tools to give it a try!
Long Skinny Garbage Stamps
The other night I decided to gather my most hated shape of garbage rubber: I know it's hard to tell scale from this photo, but these are tiny skinny bits. They're not large enough to really cut into shapes other than the long skinny rectangles they are. I stared at them for a while and thoug...
What a nice group of canvases. Thanks for sharing your creativity!
Artist Gang Tuesday...
In todays Artist Gang Video Denise creates a group of 3 small canvases using the Loop Bloom Stamp and two of Donna’s signature stencils: Alphabet Rerun, and Chicken Coop. Denise shares her techniques on how she creates a series of small canvases and stamping on tissue paper. Suppl...
Wow! What a great idea. I only have one of these types of markers so maybe I'll have to look into picking up some more and giving this technique a try! Thanks for another great idea!
Sakura Solid Marker Hack
Remember when I posted that video about the Sakura Solid Markers several months ago? Recently, someone posted the following comment on that video on YouTube: Often used as a Graffiti marker, you can split the marker in half and put two colors together.. The color patterns are very eye attracti...
Fabulous! I think I might have to try the paint dauber... never have used one before. They sort of remind me of this white shoe polish that my mother used to use on my white Mary Janes. Thanks for your great inspiration!
Art Journal Dabbling #LoveSummerArt
#LoveSummerArt In today's video I'm in my art journal with a new-to-me supply: Ranger's Paint Dabbers. I found them convenient and easy to use. This is a great way to go for new painters and even the old hands may want to keep a few in the art journal kit because of their convenience. They a...
What a lovely card. I adore poppies! And puppies! Thanks for the post!
Poppies and puppies
I colored this poppy image from Crafter's Companion when I was doing the 30 days coloring challenge and I was kind of happy with how they turned out so I used them for a card for Design in Papers today. It's really nothing fancy, the poppies makes the whole card I think. It's such a lovely sta...
I've never heard of these but I really enjoy the patterns and colors!!! Thanks for sharing.
Mola Obsessed
The other day I posted a doodle to my Facebook page and someone commented that it reminded her of molas. I had to google the term because I had never heard of it. From Wikipedia: The mola forms part of the traditional outfit of a Kuna woman, two mola panels being incorporated as front and back...
