Di declared today "Let Them Eat Cake Day" and celebrated by making a Pumpkin Chiffon Cake to celebrate Halloween. She was disappointed that it didn't turn out as well as she wanted - looks pretty good to me. Speaking of celebrations - if you see Pauline (aka known as Ian's... Continue reading

This morning's waves were a little challenging, some breaking before the point. There was plenty of discussion about whether to swim from Manly, half way or Shelly. Shelly seemed to be the commonsense approach. Rainer chose to take the surfboard out. While others chose still to go from Manly. These... Continue reading

Great blog Pete - while I respect my vegan friends and their dedication to the cause - be it health or humanity - not sure I could give up my juicy steak just yet. Each to their own and glad it has made a difference to you
Nice work Elizabeth - such a lovely swim today

You will have to discuss with senior management or Shaun himself as to his KPIs and which of those that were not met - I am only aware of my KPIs which were all obtained - with a day to spare - despite the previous lower middle management trying to dilute with fake news and other ramblings

What a week its been with warmer waters, whales, grey nurses and fevers of rays but today everyone was asking "where's Shaun?" You see lower middle management hadn't met their KPIs and so with Ian away and John busy with seminars this week, top management needed some woman power to... Continue reading
