Another article title I'm having trouble with:
Lung cancer screening with low-dose helical CT: Results from the national lung screening trial (NLST).
So I lower-case "ct", keep "Results" capitalized, but what about that acronym at the end? It just seems odd to lower-case it in its form.

Question: In a reference list, the title of my article is: PET/CT in oncology. "PET" and "CT" are both acronyms for medical imaging modalities. I know I'm supposed to capitalize the first letter of the first word, but the entire acronym?
