Love this layout and I always love reading what you have to say. I don't think I've made many layouts about our hopes and dreams. That's a great topic to document.
Looking Forward: Hopes for the New Year
Being the mom of two teenagers, one emerging adult, and one tween, I find that I do a lot of looking forward. I have to, because that is the direction my children’s gaze is turned. So much in their future is tantalizing: graduation and college and careers, church service and adventures and (ev...

Out with the Old: Clear Your Desk & Make A DIY Scrapbook Kit
Hey Scrapbookers! It's Katie Scott. I'm excited to start fresh with my scrapbooking in 2016. I had a challenging 2015 and didn't get to do much scrapbooking over the fall, so the supplies out on my scrapbooking desk seem stale and uninviting. Here's what I did to clear my desk and make a DIY ...

Finished my Week in the Life
I started out with great intentions and took a lot of pictures during the week, but I've been procrastinating on getting the put in my album. Today I just bit the bullet and got everything up to date. My daughter has been in driver's ed so I've been a nervous wreck! We also fit some outdo...

Hello lovies!! I've been MIA here due to some other commitments but I'm back to share a new layout to go along with our monthly theme of "trying something new." Here's a hilariously honest truth: I have neophobia. Neophobia is... Continue reading

No White Cardstock
Hello everyone it's Cari here! Some weeks ago I was flipping trough my 2015 album and realized ALL my layouts has a white backgrounds. I find a lot easier to star with a white canvas, but after reading a post on the Studio Calico forum I started to feel everything look like the same as wel...
How exciting you're teaching at BPC!!!!!! They know talent when they see it! I love all of this....everything you do is wonderful.
Growing Up & A Spring Mini Album
My daughter is growing up so fast I can hardly keep up. She's changing and staying the same all at once. She's stressed out about school and deciding her future. She just went to the Junior Prom. She's planning a sleepover party at our house for 8 of her friends. She loves art and reading...
Thank you!!! You've inspired me to print a huge photo in my planner for March. I will have to work on getting one great enough to make large! :)
March Album
March has been a bit all over the place from hockey games to the junior prom. I still have one more page of pictures to add, but in the meantime, I am using the new Fresh Sn@p! Pack here. I'm so glad the spring weather is finally here. I love getting outside again. I think we've had ...
LOL. I want to have you on the show but I'm saving you for this year's December Daily show so put that on your calendar!!! :)
Beach Album
There are pros and cons to going to the beach in February. The good thing is there are a lot less people, dogs are allowed on the beach, and there is a lot of sea life. The bad thing is it can be a little cold. So this was a beach trip without any swimming, but still a lot of fun. I mad...
I'm behind on reading your blog but had to tell you how much I love this!!!!!!!! amaze-balls!!
New 4x6 Sn@p! Album
This is such a fun size for an album. It worked great for a day trip we took to the EMP (Experience Music Project). One of my favorite features of this album are the different size Pocket Pages (which are included). I love the layered look of 3x4, 4x4, and 4x6 photos stacked on top of each ...
There are no words for how much I love this!!! I want to come to your house and look through your albums. :)

I love this!!!!! So is this all your scrapbooking in this size for March? I love that large photo across from the 2x2 squares. I want to do that and I use those same page protectors in my Heidi Swapp planner. What size did you make that photo - do you remember?

Scrapbook: Inspiration Chain
Hello scrappy friends! It’s Amy. Today I’m going to share one of my favorite ways to get into a scrapbooking “flow,” so that one layout follows the previous one quickly and with less struggle. I think of it as an inspiration chain, and I challenge myself to do this every once in a while, ins...

I would not have thought you could cut vellum like that. Brilliant! I covet your titles like this every time! Great layout and you look fab in the pic!
Time Together.
We spent the weekend celebrating Mike's forty-ish birthday (because after the big 4-0, there's really no point in keeping track anymore, right?!?) The weekend included Mexican food and margaritas that were definitely not Whole30-approved (but delicious nonetheless), a trip downtown for some wine...
Loved watching this! Thanks for sharing!!!
2015 Project Life: Week Nine
Here's Week Nine of my album, which includes a lot of photos from a three day trip out to Portland. I've put together a video showing my process for putting together the spread. It took me just slightly under an hour to do the spread (the stamping slowed me down on this one) but I zoomed up th...
Beautiful!
Thank You Cards
Hi everyone Laurel here with a couple of Thank You cards. I combined the Market Street Ashbury Heights with some Record It Pretty Things. First up, I love the look of clipped tags, it gives a sense of country casualness to the project (my favorite look), so I added a chipboard element t...

Breakfast for Dinner | Guest Designer: Heather Leopard
Hello there everyone! Guest designer, Heather Leopard, is back with another fun layout to share with you all today. Okay, who's with me and agrees that breakfast for dinner is one of the most fun dinners to have, especially for the kiddos?!?! We don't do it very often but when we do, my girls ...

Scrapbook: Conquering Scrapper's Block
Hi there! This is Amy Sorensen, and today I want to write about something serious and dreadful. Seriously dreadful: Scrapper’s block. It’s a lot like writer’s block, except instead of not having words, you don’t have any creative spark. You look at your supplies and nothing seems exciting. Y...
I love it all!!! When I built my house, my builder argued with me over resale value and I said, "I'm not building this house to sell! I'm building it for ME!" and almost 20 years later, I'm still glad I customized it to my own tastes.
Ready for a complete house home tour?
When I moved into this house in February 2013, Paul was deployed and Ellerie was still on the inside (I was about 27 weeks pregnant). SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED IN THOSE TWO YEARS. Of least importance is the fact that we got the house decorated and functional. Today I thought it would be fun to shar...
I love both of these! Absolutely beautiful! Off to check out MFT blog now!
Creative Construction with Blueprints-Wonky Panels
If you are not already a MFT's Blueprints fan-you should be! If you are not sure of what they are-they are die-namic(die) sets that come with sketches. Which can make card making a breeze for those who like a bit of direction. I often like to do my own thing with them. I also love to mix the...
