Jack’s fitness odyssey began almost a decade ago. Now 10 years later and 80 pounds lighter, he’s done a little (or a lot) of everything: weightlifting, kettlebells, CrossFit, yoga, boxing, and most recently, Brazilian jiu jitsu and kung fu (he’ll even run the occasional 5K if the weather is nice). Whatever the next challenge is, Jack says “bring it.”
