Tara, I agree with you. The article speaks for itself - can't find employees and they're laying off 750? That's pretty substantial for SD. To call DakotaFreePress a political blog would be like calling Cory Heidelberger handsome. You can't be press if you keep out other people's views. He has a handful of commenters which are his relatives - Hi Lynn H. Roger Cornelius - do you have a job? I know there's a class action in the works to sue Heidelberger for posting the Bosworth nominating petitions. I guess he thought "Public Records Act" referred to him. No, that's what the government is required to do. Yes, nominating petitions are public records for individual citizens to view, but when he posted the actual documents online, he committed a federal offense and yes, it has been reported to the FBI. Look up Online Privacy Act. Jackley may have stuck the state's foot in it too since any breach of a person's identity would have required the state to alert all the people on the petition that their information has been compromised. Anyone who downloaded the information on their computer could also possibly be part of a federal probe. Thank you Cory A---wipe Heidelberberber.
