My name is Inger and i'm 35 years old. Me and my family live in Utrecht in the Netherlands (remember where the Grand Départ of the Tour de France was this year? Right, spot-on, that's our city!). I started my own coaching practice 5 years ago, working with teenagers as well as adults on themes like balance, self-confidence, communication, and making choices based on what is right for you. I call myself a 'Connection-coach' because I believe that 'Everything starts with the connection to your true self." And that's what my blog is about.
