I totally agree with Monica Gonzalez-Marquez. Translating is not quoting. You should review the rule and maybe recommend the manuscript author to note that the quote was his translation. Otherwise we run the risk of being taken as plagiarists. Regards, Andrés

Hi. In case of the quotation of some lines of a newspaper article, do I have to cite in-text the paragraph number? Something like this: The reference: Ito, R. (March 27, 2016). Becoming the Man With the Horn. The New York Times, p. AR13. The cite in-text: (Ito, 2016, par. 2) Thank you.
