It's a lot easier than it seems at first. (Once you get your stuff gathered, of course). You need a window (or frame with glass), weldbond glue, safety glasses, glass nippers, glass scorer, and of course some fun glass to use. Ebay has some good deals occasionally. I searched on "stained glass lot" and found quite a bit to wade through.
