Big Baby you're right, I am a fan of Tua and Cam Newton. Cam took the Panthers to the SB. He made football fun to watch. Tua will do the same for Miami as long as he's not mismanaged by Flores. Next year and the year after that and the year after that and the YEARS after that are far more important to me than a wild card appearance this year. But hey that's just me.

What Flores is doing to Tua is the type of bull shit that will ruin a QB before he gets started. He pulled the same crap last year. He announced before game 2 last year that he was going to start Josh Rosen the rest of the season to see what they had. Flores gave Rosen 3 games before pulling him permanently. It was a great move. We went 5-7 the rest of the way. 🤔 So here we are in 2020 and Flores is up to the same old shit. Destroying the confidence of his young QB. Now we’re getting articles like this calling for the Fins to draft another QB. Being It’s the Dolphins that is exactly what I expect. And with it a return to 8-8 year after year after year after year ....... Tua may not be the franchise QB we hoped for but one thing I know for certain, Ryan Fitzpatrick has never been nor will he ever be a franchise QB. He’s 59-86-1 all time fir a reason. Sadly things stay the same. Dolphins and leadership in the same sentence unfortunately is a fucking oxymoron. And please don’t tell me that Flores is going to win the Coach of the Year. BFF. 30% of those guys turn out to be busts. I hope I’m wrong but I feel Flores is moving us away from goodness. https://phinphanatic.com/2020/12/28/opinion-miami-dolphins-need-to-seriously-consider-drafting-another-qb/

OC is spot on. The Dolphins will take a WR. The Fins need offensive weapons to help Tua.

Woody 13days ago: Love this team. They're playing the best team in the league with a MASH unit and they don't give up. Just balls to the wall and next nan up. Two years of this. The anti tank attitude. All glory to this Dolphins team and coach Flores. Hats off to you fellas. You've done the city proud. And lastly, my complete apologies to you Tua. You're the real deal buddy. Go Dolphins. Posted by: Woods | 12/13/2020 at 03:49 PM

My guess is Grier takes the best WR available, Ja’Marr Chase or Davonta Smith with their pick from Houston.

Oh Jesus Woody I have heard this shit so often in the past. Tony Potato Head Sparano and Bill Parcells were going to take us to the promised land. 11-5 their first year. You all bought into that crap. What happened? No QB. Then it was the WunderKid Adam Gase. 10-6 his first year and the playoffs. You all bought into that crap too. What happened? No QB. Now it is The New WunderKid, Brian Flores. He has us on the verge of the playoffs. What can possibly go wrong? He fucks up our franchise QB which he seems he’ll bent on doing.

By the way if the Jets don't win this game today, we're not going to the playoffs. Our only realistic path is the Browns losing today and next Sunday. The Ravens are not losing to Cinc.

Flores is doing a good job except what is most important for the Dolphins future, helping to develop Tua into a franchise QB. He should have never benched Tua. Huge mistake. If Flores had stuck with Tua all the way our record, at worst, would be 9-6. One game worse. And there is no way of ever knowing if Tua would have brought us back yesterday. We were only down 3 when Fitz came into the game. Everyone is all excited about the possibility of getting to the playoffs. Gase took us to the playoffs in his first year. Tony Sparano took us to the playoffs in his first year. Going to the playoffs this year won't mean shit unless it can be sustained. To sustain excellence we need a franchise QB. Flores is screwing up that part of his job. His management of Tua has been pathetic. Just my 2 cents. I hope I'm wrong.

Woody you’re just like the #FakeNews media. If you’re going to quote me, please quote me fully rather than like CNN. “Flores is doing a horrible job managing Tua.” This is a FACT!

I enjoyed the win but Flores is doing a horrible job managing Tua. I could care less about going into the playoffs as the 7th seed. I want Miami to compete for SBs and pulling Tua is moving in the opposite direction from that goal.

Ravens game against the Giants is irrelevant. Even if the Ravens lose, the Dolphins still have to beat the Bills to get in the playoffs assuming the Ravens beat Cinc next week. Root today for the Jets over the Browns and Steelers over the Colts today. If the Browns or Colts lose out, the Dolphins are in no matter what else happens.

Big win for Miami but at what cost? Destroying our future? Is winning at any price really worth it? Anyone who thinks what Flores is doing with Tua is good for the Dolphins is delusional. How Sean McDermott groomed Josh Allen into a top 3 QB is the model not what Flores is doing. A return to 8-8 is likely because our coach is dead from the neck up.

Tua has a good day with the exception of the pic at the goal line. Running game was outstanding. Big game Saturday against the Raiders.

OC making the playoffs this year doesn’t matter because we’ve already won. We have a real QB1. The future belongs to the Fins.

If Tua's receivers could catch Miami would have won the game. Parker dropped a TD. Grant dropped two passes and one of them ended up being Tua's first interception as a pro. Tua played far better than his stats. Miami needs more skill at RB and WR. That said, I am optimistic with our draft picks we are going to be loaded next year.

I think we can stop the BS that Tua is a bust. If not for two dropped TD passes, it would have been a perfect outing. Whatever his record is it’s not 2-9.

Comparing passing stats across time is impossible. Rules changes make it infinitely easier for QBs. If Marino played today an average year for him would be 7,000 yds and 65 TDs. So BB now you're suggesting that Justin Herbert is the best 1st year QB ever. OMG you've lost your mind BB. He's 2-8. Until the 2-8 makes a 180 and becomes 8-2 #SherbertBoy is just another overrated Charger flavor of the month. Let that sink in.... 2 AND 8.
