Hi, I am an analyst on our team and we support our sales staff and therefore have our hands in many projects that may not directly relate to our normal job duties. With this I've recently been given the task of managing licenses for a non-installed software and never managing licenses I went out on a search for information. This tool is web-based where the user logs in. I am now the designated admin to approve, deactivate accounts. This tool we are using we are under contract for a year and pay a set price per month/per user up to 200, anything over we pay an additional per user/per month fee. Of course the goal is not to exceed 200. I am currently working on recommendations on how the process should be set up. Any suggestions on how to manage the licenses for something like this? Thanks!
