Hi Tim I have a text where the authors quotes another source. The text is written by David (2016) on page 3 and the reads: Will and Paul suggest another category which they call they call "half modern". When I'm citing the above text do give the credit to Will and Paul? And do I use single or double quotation marks for the "half-modern" text? My suggested solution: As David (2016, p.3) noted that "Will and Paul suggest another category which they call 'half-modern' ". Also, what happens if I paraphrase most of the text and want to quote "half-modern". My suggestion solution: David (2016, p. 3) mentions how Will and Paul have proposed another group which they have defined as 'half modern'.

Thanks Tim, on a separate note when referencing archival material, should this belong in a separate list specifically for documents from this source? Or should it just be inserted with all the rest of my references in the one list only? I've seen books do this, however there doesn't seem to be any guidance on this on the net.

Hi All, I have translated a direct quotation. Chelsea Lee describes that a translated paasage from one language into another is considered a paraphrase. Can I use this paraphrase as a Epigraph? Any thoughts on how to treat this? any help would be appreciated! Thanks
