As a follow-up, I did find something about this from the Washington & Lee University Library (http://libguides.wlu.edu/c.php?g=158245&p=1036332), but I'm not sure if this is right. I cannot find anything from something official from APA (manual or blog). Thanks again, Timothy!

Hi Timothy, Similar to Aileen CW's question above, I am working with a government report that identifies authors. For example, the National Center for Education Statistics' Digest of Education Statistics 2014: http://nces.ed.gov/pubs2016/2016006.pdf. On the 4th page, it has a suggested citation, where it writes three authors. Should the reference look like the "#33 Authored report, from nongovernmental organization" on pg. 206 in the manual? Or, should I ignore that there are authors listed anywhere and cite it as "#31 Corporate author, government report" on pg. 205 in the manual? Thank you for your help! Heather
