Hey all! I recall a toon that had a blob/jelly like character. It was B&W, had a small hat and a flower in it. I don't know if it was a dedicated toon or was part of something else. As I recall it was semi-transparent. When standing still it would move left to right with a jelly like consistency. I was born in 58 so I'm assuming no later than early 70's. Not Herculoids. Not Shmoo. Not Barbapapa. It might have been Tom Terrific playing a ghost? Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has been on my mind for years. Thanks!
