I'm basically confused. This is is what I was trying to say on your WEP story: Hi, Pat. I saw your comment on my WEP post today so here I am. So glad I met you. You are an excellent writer. This excerpt is wonderful. Bittersweet. Nostalgic. Like River, above, says I too want to know more about these characters who come alive here. "It's where I am now in my life that counts." I so relate to this, which is so very true. Now to this post: My late sister lived in Illinois so I've been in the Chicago area many, many times. That photo is beautiful. Where she lived in Naperville is one of the best places to live in the country. Glad your husband likes the U.S. You got right next door (North Carolina) to me and my disabled daughter in Virginia. Now I hope I can figure out how to follow you. I'm eager to read more of your writing!
