The sheer, wholly intolerant and soul-crushing Oppression of the wheelchair-bound and paraplegic community. I. Can't. Even. I'm literally shaking. https://youtu.be/ZHwVBirqD2s

resulting in numb lips, loss of voice and temporary disorientation. Not to mention the complete inability to successfully flip and catch even one beer mat. (The horror. The horror.)

Contribution towards another kitchen flame-thrower or some other culinary dust magnet added. (Goes back to flipping beer mats. Up to 10 at a time now.)

Essentially, Yancy is letting us know that he is partial to a Big Butt, and is unable to falsify that fact. Neither can the men of similar melanin content effectively disavow it.

From the "Fine print of note": "Faecal Bulk" (or as we over he'uh correctly spell it, "Fecal Bulk") Either the name of a really great punk band or a really crappy Norwegian death-metal band.

I have somehow managed to go for 59 years without once wanting to touch a black person’s hair. Especially not during that jehri curl craze of the late 80s-early 90s. https://goo.gl/images/RgtEkd

I tried. You got to it first. Well done. A pickled egg for our friend here.

How does one fix that?

(Ugh) Good morning. I'm with Farnsworth. I insist that you non-Southerners cease and desist from using our second-person plural pronoun contraction. Muh pronouns and all that. (Scratching head, wondering why real life doesn't have an associate vice administrator for complaining to about micro-nothings.)

I’m now picturing Darleen as a rock chick with a scandalous history. Who, me? [smile of pure innocence] Right, I'm just going to the Gents for a w..., w..., wee bit. Won't be a jiffy.

“What’s the difference between a drummer and a drum machine?” “You only have to punch the instructions into a drum machine once.” I resemble that remark, sir!

So all we need is someone to confess to being able to play a bass and drums and we have the start of the band plus, it appears, the Guild of Evil Singers and Dancers. (Sigh) OK, you got me. And what do y'all want, sticks, brushes, or rods (and wood or nylon)?

I play guitar, A, D, E, I don't play bass cuz that's too hard for me, I play the piano if it's in C, And when I go to town, I wanna see all three. -- Ringo Starr, "Early 1970"

If she's raking in that much bank per month just via Patreon, plus her speaking fees, writing, etc., but is only just now getting 'round to owning furniture at her age, i.e., only just now play-acting as a grown-up, I can only presume that either her parents or her manager or someone is putting all that cabbage in a trust for her (like a spendthrift trust in which she ain't the trustee). Either that or her entire nebbish, mentally ill, can't be bothered with bourgeois things such as money shtick is a put on. And shirley that can't be so.
I love how The Graun quickly shut down the comments on that craptacular op-ed and asserting that allowing comments at all was "in error." No, what was in error was the editor's having clicked "post" on that piece of word vomit.

Austin used to be cool, little quirky place. I loved it back in the day when the population was below 400,000, when Antone's was the place to go, or the Broken Spoke, and staying the hell away from Sixth Street. I think the downward spiral has its genesis when Dell opened up shop in Round Rock, and a lot of techies came in from the Left Coast, and found compadres there.

Sam, I'm from the land of "Woo Pig Sooie" and much the same could be said here. Those costumed pretenders "wouldn't feel safe" here. (I spent a good portion of my life in "Hook 'Em, Horns," country, which is the closest thing Texas is going to get to a place like Portland. It's sad to see what a stereotype the UT campus has become.)

Oh, Muldoon, I loved that. The Auburn PD were absolutely going to enforce the no-masks ordinance. And the sight of these wannabe revolutionaries, out to bring the fight to the System, meekly queuing up to attend their "anti-fascist" kiddie play date was just gravy on top.

Do these people not realise that they dont have a monopoly on violence and at some point they`re going to run into some folks who really enjoy violence and are itching to get into a fight with these self proclaimed warriors for justice? WTP has a very valid point about the radical left continuing to use what I'll call micro-violence, bullying and thuggish tactics and actions that they're reasonably confident won't add up to more than a Class A misdemeanor (bike-lock college adjunct being an outlier), in hopes that their "enemy" will then commit a felony that they and the compliant media will then use as propaganda about the "far right attacking peaceful protesters." That said, though, is there little wonder why these Antifa LARPers stay in their safe zones like Portland, Seattle, etc., instead of bringing their antics down here to the South? Bring that foolishness to Alabama or Mississippi or somewhere similar and see how well or how long the locals would put up with it.

I swear, the Graun (or any number of online "publications") reminds me of the old adverts for a brand of cassette tapes: "Is it live, or is it Memorex?" Except in these cases, it's more like, "Is this real, or is it a Poe?" (Starting to feel old now, for some reason. I'll just have another drink, barman.)

As we say down here in the South (sometimes as an expression of incredulity, but more often merely to ask a speaker to repeat himself), do what now? I'm sorry, but that whole thing looked as fake as a $3 bill. Will feminists/activists stop at nothing? (I don't know. Do you think they will?)
