I can't find any sensible references for "Fena Harrison." "Fena" is NOT a normal name. Allowing for typographical or transliteration errors, the closest match on the OSS Personnel Database is "Verna E. Harrison," likely Verna Eileen Harrison (Pelrine) of Annapolis.
