as a matter of FACT some of these people WAIT unti I show up just to cough to see if I complain in odrer to see if I loose my library rights. mr. disease runs this town NYC.

I live in NYC I the NY public libary I think the NYPD promotes people to COUGH in PUBLIC AREAS to see if maybe they get harrased or something like that. Everytime I complain about it the COUGHING perp looks at me like I am acting strange or something support mr. disease sometimes the Library staff asks me to leave and mr. disease stays.
