Realize this thread is probably dead, but I am an active 60 year old competitive rower (former iron-man, marathoner). Just five months out from an ablation. So much data out there on the impact of 'endurance training' on Afib. Very interested to know if Chuck G or Kevin S has had any re-occurrence of Afib. Also Chuck G, what was the frequency between your Afib procedures? anyone else with stories of post Ablation training would be so helpful!
