Hi, I am René. For more than twenty-five years, I’ve been trying to inspire others and teach them how to add themselves to their lives, work and relationships. I’ve spent most of my professional life as a teacher and curriculum designer, and the past ten years a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist and teacher of yoga. Along the way, I’ve found many interesting side projects designed to inspire young creatives, teachers and professionals to deeply connect with their audience, clients and students. This blog is aimed at providing you with a toolbox to become the creative teacher or coach you wish you had when you were finding your way. Love precious humanity!
Interests: Thai Yoga Massage, Writing, Yin yoga, Travel, Creativity
