i like it, but i think it needs a smoother transition from the body to the tip of the fin for a more realistic feel. i feel you on this one(hard project)
Mesh Project
i like the detail as well the only thing i got to say that bugs me is that the front wheel looks lopsided, like it hit a few speed bumps but overall you did a good job. pretty tough project for first timers, i know
Mesh Project
Here is the Hornet I did in Illustrator. The photo first then the mesh
hey i like it, your on your way to doing a great job keep, going!
Mesh Project (WIP)
i like your idea but it would have been much better if you cut the dolphin out properly and lowered the saturation on the bottom of the dolphin. as you can see the water is not that vibrant or bright as to cast that kind of reflection on the shadow on the dolphins belly. and whats up with the cuts where the splash is? you can easily fix that with the rubber stamp tool

think this is great but if you would have extended the mist a little bit and without such a hard edge it would have added the realism it needed to be more believable. easy fix
Nantucket Dock
The above image was previously: (My assignment was to remove the dock and do something creative with the picture) I found that whatever I did, the cloning tool made weird patterns, both in the water and with the plants, but mostly the water, so I decided to make this a night scene with fog....
i like how you gave ma a headache with the colors lol. mickey & donald right? it took me a while until i read that you where in a disney mood. at first it looks like it starts to say "toon somthing"
