Always nice work! It is amazing that they are mothballing the reports already... Thankfully we have them saved and incorporated as footnotes to findings we continue to evidence... http://diligencegroupllc.net/
Adam, I asked you to post something to give us hope the Banks are going to be held accountable... and boy did you come through! What agencies will be responsible and how do you see Warren jumping back into the fray? I hope homeowners understand they are going to have to fight for themselves in this brawl! We must all fight individually to compel a fair settlement at home. Educate and arm yourself then please step into the ring! The Banks may have unlimited resources but Americans have an unlimited will to fight for justice! Use all the leverage you can… Please let us help! http://diligencegroupllc.net/ American Middle-class Homeowner -AMH
Let's Hold them accountable one American Home Loan at a time. We must all continue to fight for what is left of the American Middle-class Homeowner's rights before they are all gone! http://diligencegroupllc.net/ American Middle-class Homeowner -AMH
Adam, The FTC make rules so that home owners can't even hire professional help and the OCC covers up the extent of the lies by forbidding national banks from providing loss mitigation data to the states. Are there any advocacy groups collaborating to represent the hundreds of thousands of American home owners that have already been affected by these practices? Please tell me the Banking system will not get away with this as they appear to be poised to do! Do you believe the battle can be waged one homeowner and loan at a time? I would be interested in your highlighting anything that gives us hope that Justice will be served. And finally any thoughts you have with regard to using Fair Housing Complaints effectively in this battle. http://diligencegroupllc.net/ American Middle-class Homeowner -AMH
“If” Rudyard Kipling 1910 If, justice prevails… the American homeowner asking for a fair write down will be able to compel a formulated response in a personal Negotiated Debt Settlement. There are so many opportunities to prove over and over again that predatory lending, sloppy securitization and, due process liberties were the norm and throw serious doubt into the banks claim there is nothing to see here. If, the Banks followed the rules… the properly executed original documents will support that. Once discovery is compelled there are plenty of records on each loan from every involved institution that will require careful scrutiny but can clearly document a story. Or, the Banks agree to just terms. There is a proper formula we must be responsible to find one loan/at risk American Homeowner at a time. Middle class America might depend on it! http://diligencegroupllc.net American Middle-class Homeowner -AMH
Adam, Always focusing on the key points! Moral Hazard... Just one more example of how dysfunctional our financial systems have become. Federal regulations and a handful of banks create debt instruments designed to bleed the Middle-class American homeowner dry and then discuss the moral hazard of bleeding to death. Honestly sounds like a joke coming from the lips of half the guys you mentioned. The newest weapon in the war for the middle class is going to be the Personalized Debt Settlement… leveraging all the pesky little tricks the bankers hate most like due process and strict rule of law. American Homeowners are (as much as I hate the word) entitled to a fair settlement under fair housing, debt lending laws, and a host of other state and federal regulations. http://diligencegroupllc.net/ Good attorneys are beginning to understand the opportunity to negotiate/litigate using basic design flaws in the financial systems created to secure and unsecure asset backed debt. Do the math on every single debt burdened family in America, and the banks will pay one inappropriate debt instrument after the other! With the right leverage in the Debt Negotiation Middle-class America, living in asset poverty, actually has a chance to reach a sustainable settlement without declaring bankruptcy… as any good old American Bank/Company/State does. The American Middle-class had better wake up and rally against the financial bureaucracy or they will be gone. Adam Thanks again for keeping us focused on the moral imperatives. Paying credit cards before mortgages... Is just one more example of how dysfunctional our financial systems have become. Negotiated private settlements are coming! Do not expect the system will produce a just settlement by itself. We must all fight individually to compel a just outcome for ourselves. Educate and arm yourself and please step into the ring. Adam, Your participation is the only hope the majority of at risk home owners have of ever having their interest considered. With or without oversight American homeowners will continue to lose their homes unless they understand that the fight must happen one home at a time. Thanks for your continued support to the average American facing a bureaucracy without oversight. Grateful American Homeowner! http://diligencegroupllc.net/ -AH

Adam your stuff is always on point and shining the light on the Banks dirty secrets. When the legal storm is over the PMI companies will certainly taste their share of the mud pie the mortgage banking industry is currently feeding the american middle class homeowner. http://diligencegroupllc.net/ Thanks again! Hey Adam, Always glad to see your posts! It is acceptable, but sad, that the stupid and blind can't see or understand the implications of a Naked Emperor riding an Elephant in the same room. As intelligent sighted people it is amazing that Americans are still missing the implications and continue to allow it to happen without comment while the guy cleaning up the poop left behind is arrested for having contraband elephant poop... Hopefully Americans will see the truth and ask why the emperor is naked emperor and riding an elephant in the first place... please check out our Hey Adam, Always glad to see your posts! Amazing it is taking so long to play out in horrible slow motion. The higher the level of judicial review the better the chance that the actual rules of law will be ethically and fairly applied. Justice will prevail only if we as an industry and concerned nation continue to investigate each individual issue and keep doing the due diligence required to help the American home owner at risk. Until it is mandated or legislated for me the most fundamentally troubling issue is that Due Process, as it relates to taking away an American Family's Home, in most cases, is still largely being ignored… “Access to justice - A fundamental due process protection is the “opportunity to present objections” to an impartial decision-maker before an individual’s property can be taken away. Mullane v. Cent. Hanover Bank & Trust Co., 339 U.S. 306 (1950)” Those who are able to highlight this to policy makers must stay constant in defense of the rights of American Homeowners at risk… http://diligencegroupllc.net/
