Hi Sandy,
Thanks for your comment on my blog post!
I can understand your concern, but it appears that the fusible web makes enough of a barrier to keep moisture from going through. I haven’t had any issues with leaks with the ones I use around here.
Cheers,

Criss-Cross Coasters
Before being swallowed by the activities surrounding Thanksgiving, I thought I'd put up a tutorial for the coolest thing I learned the other day. The woman sitting next to me in a sewing class at Bernina showed us how to make these. She didn't have a name for them so for lack of something bet...
Oh I see, now you want the instructions. Again I will direct you to read the post, as it gives a link to a similar pattern, and additional instructions for this one. And one other thing, please understand that this is my personal blog, and I am sharing this pattern as an act of generosity. I am not a machine.
Softie scotty dog
Finally I can show you something that I have actually made! Its been ages since I sewed my last softie, and cobwebs were growing on my pins and needles. But I was inspired by the lambkin made by Vicki, from the pattern she posted here, and I began to make one of my own. But somewhere along th...
Doriann ~ I sent you an email but apparently you didn't see it. The link to the pattern is in the post just above the image of the pattern, where it says "click --->here<-- to download pattern". Hope that helps!

Cool! Is that Christmas stuff, Pam???
I'll take Manhattan, with a little help from my friends!
Hey, guess where we're going in October? This adorable poster by Julie Mercier is a teensy hint. Yes... New York City! We are going to the Big Apple in honor of a milestone anniversary we just celebrated. The best part is that our kids and their sig-o's are coming, too! I am so excited, I h...

New idees from Mlle. Claire
I'm listening to a mix I made of music from Amalie, Chocolat, and the new Edith Piaf film (which hopefully I'll get to see very soon) along with various accordion pieces, chansons and such. It's the perfect soundtrack for flipping through my new copy of Marie Claire Idees. I have so many UFO's a...

Hi Shely,
Thank you for getting Bunnyfur's Christmas for your grandkids! I really appreciate it.
Yes, I was concerned that the broccoli would be controversial. My kids have always loved it but I know lots of people don't. I wanted to have Rudolph 'hate' one of the foods, because kids would find that funny. But I couldn't think of what else would be easily recognizable and commonly disliked. Little kids would not understand if he didn't like something that is considered tasty. So it ended up being broccoli, just for a bit of humor.
Sorry, I hope I haven't ruined your grandkids taste for it! :o)
Cheers,
Jenny
