Here is a link to a new blog post. Living With Focus I'll be redirecting content that I want people to see from other posts through links. I create posts for different audiences. The real logic begind that short post if the realization that I need to get more control over how my time is used. This is not a mornis issue for me, but I wannt to make sure that I use my time as effectively as possible, and that nobody takes my availability for granted. Music is so important to me. When I was in my early 20's... Continue reading

I started writing a poem last week end. I had two stanzas written, and I had a day off work today and wanted to finish it off. It’s inspired by the start of my university education, however the experiences I refer to span 2.5 years. Choice I sometimes dwell on the time I went through hell. It’s been ten years, but her picture reminds me of shedding tears. For a minute not many will know why, I was certain I wanted to die. Now it’s known because of those experiences I have grown. BROKEN There are times that I still feel bitter about things I can’t control. Trust that has been lost, time and... Continue reading

I find ways of being a leader, even if I’m not the one sitting at the head of the table. Leading by example has been my philosophy for years. If I preach advocacy….I’ll advocate, so on and so on. Above all else, I am a listener. It’s crucial in the learning and leading process. I can’t write effectively otherwise. When I was growing up and I’d talk to my father, I knew he wasn’t... I have been an advocate for a long time. My goal has always been to share the lessons that I've learned from my experiences rather than dwelling on any facts. Not to say that there haven't been a lot of great times! Recently through Twitter and Facebook have learned of Rudy Sims. His goals seem to be very similar to mine. From the time I saw computers and technology has advanced, I wanted to use it in a way that could help others. As I've gotten older I have learned that the best way I can show others how to...
