I tried to read the book before but could not get into the jumpy style, so I put it down sometime in the first chapter and never picked it up. However, when I saw the trailer several weeks back, my eyes teared up just watching it and I thought, maybe I will just love the movie. Having read your comments, I will pick the book back up and read it and then see the movie. 95% of the time the book is 1000x better than the movie, and I guess in this case, it is true for The Time Traveler as well. Off to find it in my book shelf!

I think this is the one sin that is very easy to sneak up on you...people slowly collect things month after month, year after year and you have to keep vigilant other you will have 2 toasters and 3 blenders.

I'll take a sweater - red please! Mu husband quit smoking 7 years ago, it was hard (on me too!) but he says it was so worth it and doesn't regret. He went cold turkey (as far as cigs) he did the patch for a bit at first and then just sufffered through. It's hard, but stick with it - food will never taste so good!
