Hey guys, it's been a while. I'm going to be getting this tattoo on my arm (i think), but i'm having trouble cleaning it up, i've tried using Illustrator to create a vector version but i'm useless at it lol. I was wondering if anyone could do me the honour or 'vector-ing' this picture for me so i can print it off and start designing my tattoo :). Also, what do you think of this as a tattoo? I know this is what the Ikran species was based on, which is cool and makes it all the more special i think. Irayo ma Tsmukan, ma Tsmuke.

Decades? Avatar 2 wont take that long! :P
I need to see Avatar again, i need my fix. I'm lost for words trying to explain how the film makes me feel. I cannot begin to fathom why i feel this way, it's completely new to me to be... Continue reading

People are scared of this film, they're scared others might actually listen to the message it carries... If you look at all those who condemned it...China: There's a massive tension over the reposession of houses for demolition to make way for bigger constructions just like Three Gorges Dam. China are scared that citizens will see a parralel between the Na'vi's situation and theirs. And what did the Na'vi do? They fought, and they won. Could you imagine, if there was even the smallest possibility of revolt, China allowing their citizens to watch Avatar? I don't think so. It's not just the realism that's putting these people off, it's the sheer power of the film. It has the ablity to make people wake up and realise Earth isn't half as beautiful as it should be, and only we can restore it. A colossal change in attitude like that within millions only spells bad news for the people who make money from our ignorance...and they're the ones who are condemning this film.

That's so true. You know I spent a year doing a Spanish course being taught by a language professor, but my heart was never in it. When i think of all i learnt in that time, it's nothing compared to how much i've studied Na'Vi and how much i thrive to know more about the language. I just can't explain it, but i guess the beauty is it can't be explained, only felt.
I really cannot believe how monumental this film is to so many peoples' lives, i can't stop thinking about all the good it has inspired within people worldwide. I'm so glad be part of this piece of history, one day... Continue reading

I can relate to this article, i can't say i seriously contemplated suicide, but i was upset by this film. I think it's so upsetting because we all know Pandora isn't an impossibility, in a completely metaphorical sense; it's not some place where everything is incredibly far-fetched. We CAN have peace, we CAN have wisdom and we CAN have unity, we're, as a race, just not willing to put in the effort. And that's what is so upsetting, to me anyway.
