I personally took away something else from Avatar. What made me love the movie was Jakes personal journey of discovering himself and where he belongs. Also finding someone who completes him. As for the message the one thing that changed my opinion was that deforestation needs to stop such as in the amazon. But I still don't buy into global warming especially since those letters from the top global warming scientists were revealed that they made up all their theories and hushed anyone who disagreed with them. Further revealed was that Al Gores film wasn't based on actual facts. Before the movie I couldn't care less about the rest of the world, but now I don't want another foot of the worlds natural beauty to be torn down.
