I've tried Onvia, IMS, RFP Leads, and others over the years, and found that nothing is as valuable as working with the Jann Group: www.janngroup.com. While working with Chris Jann does require a larger investment, the return on that investment is so much higher that the money I used to invest in Onvia. Chris takes on a limited number of clients, with none of them overlapping in any market segment. That means you're the only firm getting the information he provides--which to me is huge. Definitely worth looking into if you're on the hunt for a new leads service.
