Lol. I couldn't believe that I came on here to see people already congratulating Seattle on their win after what happened to RSL a few weeks ago. Mexican clubs have some hoodoo down there and its a miracle when teams can get a draw.
So Nigel De Jong plays for Spain???
Moments? Nothing can match Donovan's goal. I don't think it can get much more dramatic than that. Tshabalala's goal was magical. I wish South Africa would have been able to hold on for the win and advance, but it wasn't meant to be. Memories? Bradley's goal against Slovenia was awesome. I'll also remember that I lost all respect for the Netherlands. They flop, they dive, they cheat, they whine, they b***h, they foul, they're dirty, and on and on and on. I'm glad Spain won.
That defense is insane. Giving up 2 goals during any 10-game stretch is impressive, but at the beginning of the season when you're positioning and communication should still be developing? Awesome. Does/should all 6 of LA's top defenders make the All-Star team? In a year of bad goalkeeping, Ricketts is standing out as one of the few bright spots. Please please please schedule congestion not hurt this team later in the season.
Couldn't find highlights of the match. Believe me, I searched for it. YouTube, torrents, other websites, etc. Then of course, after I finished the video, someone showed me a video of the highlights. *sigh* Maybe if I do another version during the next cycle, I'll have the highlights that time.
I know dude. Maybe I should have included it in this video, but I really wanted it for a later part, and I don't want "Requiem for a Cycle" to get very repetitive.
For anyone wondering, the Feilhaber goal in the 2007 Gold Cup final isn't part of this video because it will be part of a later video in the series.

Watch this video, it'll get you hyped for the Yanks Abroad battle, even if you have to wait until the 2nd half for two of them to come on: That means you could watch it again at halftime. :D

Everybody, get pumped for the Netherlands match AND the World Cup with this video:

I'm working on editing 6 or 7 videos together to be a "movie" that is a preparation movie for US fans for the upcoming World Cup. Here is part 1 of Requiem for a Cycle." I think you'll really enjoy it.
So what does this say about Chad Marshall now? Bornstein easily could have been the captain at left back and moved to CB in the second half.
Hey guys, in between games and/or at halftimes, check out this US Soccer World Cup trailer:

That's because it was fixed.
Maybe things are turning around in New York. Maybe they will continue this trend of actually making good decisions.
I believe Arguez only scored one goal against Cameroon. The other scorers were Taylor, Duka, and Ownby, right? . . . . . . . . . . .
Ives, you don't have Mwanga on your top 5 Rookie of the Year candidates nor as someone who will get major minutes?
That's why I wish ESPN would just give us a one-hour pre-draft show going over players, team needs, possible destinations, etc. It'd take like half an hour to cover the top 15-20 prospects, but you could cover more than that in the other half of the show. I'm not asking for the NBA or NFL draft treatment, but some type of preview would be nice.
