Excellent article, Donna! Even though I sell Waldorf toys for a living, you and I know that the very best toys are sticks, mud, cardboard boxes, string, stones, etc. Definitely need to link to this article from Bella Luna Toys' blog. Thank you for sharing your thoughts! ~Sarah

Loved reading this, Amy, and learning that you are drawn to Waldorf education! Even though I now have a business selling Waldorf toys and supplies, as a long-time Waldorf teacher and parent of two Waldorf grads, I agree with Seekingjoyfulsimplicity's comment that there is so much more to Waldorf education than the pretty playthings. The more one learns, the more the brilliance of this educational system becomes apparent. (So nice to meet you in Maine in January!)

Thanks for featuring our ImagiPlanks, Ashley! Is this not just the coolest outdoor toy ever? I was so excited to introduce this new wooden building set this week at Bella Luna Toys. So glad to see that you share my enthusiasm! ~Sarah

You are right, Jamie. There are simply no words for such a loss. Said a prayer today for Robyn, Alexander and their family. Sending love and healing thoughts. ~Sarah

Oh, so moving Amanda! Having experienced such a move with my family, I know how happy and sad such transitions can be -- full of memories and full of hope and new visions. Wishing you many blessings in the unfolding of the next chapter of your lives. And Happy Anniversary!

I'm so impressed, Leslie, that you've been nature journaling for four years! I've started so many nature journals, but seem to have abandoned each after a few months. Hope you keep it up! Thanks for stopping by my blog, Moon Child, and leaving a comment. Blessings on you and your family. Sarah
