I saw a headline come across Twitter today that said Social Media for brands: "You no longer control the message. And that's OK." And it hit me for the first time how completely wrong this thought is. In fact, it's utter bullshit if I may be so bold. Now, what they might be saying is that the traditional use of a 30 or 60 second spot might be fading away, although I'm not even sure that's true.
