The first Elements Yoga hosted CT Anusara Yoga® teachers gathering was a huge success! Getting the CT peeps together was magical. Everyone was warm, open, friendly and happy to be there. We bonded as we practiced together. We were all co-operative and productive as we creatively brainstormed a beautiful, ambitious vision for the CT community. I was inspired to be in a room full of incredible leaders. Today we planted positive seeds that will continue to bear fruit for a long time to come. Continue reading
