Hey Michele, thank you for the motivation. Congrats on your weight loss and keep up the good work. I am having to log in this blog through face book and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't so I apologize for not being active here in the blogs. Eating is going well but noticed me and sweet pototoes do not do well together. They make me crave sweets if eaten too often. B-2 eggs, veggies, longhorn, and 1/4 avocado. L-salad with longhorn chili on it. D-fish, veggies and 1/4 avocado. Go paleo pals.

Paleo. You go Andrea. 10 lb loss the first week is awesome. My planned and prepared meals today are; B- sweet potato hash coffee L- talipia, squash, cabbage, maybe small apple S- boiled egg, apple D- talipia, veggies, in coconut oil I will carry almonds in case of needing something sweet. Tried the sweet potato hash from the video this morning and it was awesome. Had some sweeet potatoe hash for lunch and wrapped it in steamed cabbage leaves. Taste like I had a cabbage wrap. Where are the paleo pals? Donna Paleo Pals

Had a very busy day starting out with yard work. At 8:00 am felt like I was having a heat stroke. Had a good breakfast of eggs, longhorn, veggies and 1/4 avocado. Began running errands and brought some longhorn beef and an apple and it did the job of keeping me satisfied. Dinner will be some paleo chili and guac. Making my version of fat bread so hope it turns out well. Paleo Pals all the way.

OMG, I finally am able to blog. Had computer troubles and my daughter came to my rescue. Been doing good on the eating besides still having a bit of stevia in my tea. Breakfast 2 eggs, longhorn and 1/4 avocado. Lunch was talipa fish cooked in coconut oil, 1/2 sweet potatoes with tsp butter, and broccoli, cabbage and green beans. Snack roasted some almonds in coconut oil and apple Dinner a grapefruit and some chicken cooked in coconut oil/butter, few walnuts. P.S. I am really enjoying and learning a lot reading through the blogs. So motivational. Donna, Go Paleo Pals
