Michelle, I'm looking forward to reading this book. I've contacted Rick Telberg to confirm that there is no Kindle or e-Book version of this. I think it's ironic that a book about Marketing in this day and age is not available in digital format--but there's probably more I don't know. I'll check in again once I've read it.
