The City of Gatlinburg has changed fire codes concerning grills at rental cabins. We and the staff at our property management company (Jackson Mountain Homes) have been proactive by conducting a grill assessment at the Bear's Den to ensure that it meets the new fire code. Our installer also contacted the the Fire Inspector to inspect the final installation to insure that the Bear's Den is in compliance!
