Since New Hampshire recently received approval from the Centers for Medicare and MEdicaid Services to expand its Mediciaid program, I'd suggest asking a question about attitudes towards the New Hampshire Health Protection Program, which allows the state to use federal Medicaid $ to help individuals purchase private insurance policies. In addition, probing the public's satisfaction/experience with the state's health insurance exchange (Covering New Hampshire) would be useful, as "Obamacare" continues to define partisan conversations between Democrats and Republicans. I've got a personal interest in both on an academic basis, as I recently co-authored a report on health care reform in NH, and would love to assess public perceptions of New Hampshire's experience.
